Lifetime Guarantee
This Guarantees all shower enclosures and bath screens against faulty materials or manufacture for their lifetimes, provided they have been installed, used and maintained in accordance with our instructions.
All product guarantees must be completed and returned within 14 days of purchase to validate the guarantee. Failure to meet this deadline will result in a statutory 1 year guarantee on all products.
The guarantee applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.
Should a claim arise, the issue will be investigated. As part of this investigation we request that the following conditions be satisfied:
- Proof of purchase at the time of claim.
- The product has been fitted and installed in accordance with the fitting instructions, local bylaws and general good plumbing practice.
- The product has been maintained and cared for in compliance with our instructions (including regular and appropriate cleaning). If in our opinion the product has been modified, misused, neglected, willfully or accidentally damaged, we can accept no responsibility for failure.
- The opportunity to inspect the product in the installed condition.
Faulty items will be replaced with our nearest equivalent product.
This guarantee is effective for products purchased after 1st Jan 2009.
Non-glass or metallic parts (e.g. seals) are subject to normal wear and tear through usage and are therefore covered on all products for three months from installation.
Please note all furniture and ceramics are covered by a 12 month guarantee only.
This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.

Call Out Procedure
If a call out is requested to a faulty item then a charge of £150 will be required and held against a credit card before any works are carried out. This charge will not be applied to the customer if the fault is ours or the manufacturers fault.
If the fault is ours, we will repair or replace the broken or missing item, however if the fault is not ours then the customer will be given the option to have the fault repaired by us at a charge of £45 an hour.
A signature must be received from the customer to accept responsibility for the payment for the repairs carried out by us, and payment must be made immediately after the repair is carried out.
We have a policy of design, development and improvement and therefore reserve the right to modify specifications and prices without prior notice. Products may differ from those featured on this website.
